After waiting 5 minutes for her to learn where the tab is I dropped my phone, it hung up and I gave up. The wire collated nails work much better, the only issue there was one time (in thousands of fires)a piece of wire jammed in the driver and took a couple minutes to extricate. JunkMy application requires a minimum dust sanding system (house with air heating ducts). I could not find any vendor selling the vacuum hose and punch plate for the BO4900V sander so they were ordered directly from Makita. The sander was ordered from Amazon. When all parts arrived from the two vendors nothing fit. Called the the Makita Service Center and talked to Dalton who resolved the problem (one of the parts was was quickly replaced). The question was asked: why don't you include the punch plate with the sander? Answer: many customers don't need or use the punch plate and so it gets lost; this just adds to the price of the sander. This is a quality punch plate (1/2 lb steel), rugged, accurate, virtually indestructible and worth the price. Wait! There's more! The edge of the sanding pad has air holes to vacuum dust from the two long sides of the sander without the punch plate; but it's even better with holes in the sandpaper from the punch plate. I tried a couple of those awful angle head adapters before I bought this. What a waste of time and money ! There is simply no comparison. This takes all the work out of it. You just slap a bit in its jaws and go to work. It fits just about anywhere. The gearing is about right for speed and torque. 9.6v doesn't supply a lot of power for heavy drilling but that's not what this is for. I have an 18v Milwaukee for that. FooMy experience with portable band saws started with an earlier version of the Milwaukee 6230 (the 6230 and the 6232-6 are the same model) and it was the two speed model. That two speed model worked very well in cutting Uni-Strut and rigid conduit. My only problem with the saw was that it had two speeds, low and high. The low speed was ok, but you could not "ease" into the cut or switch into high while cutting.When my electrical job was done I sold that saw and used an abrasive chop saw for a long time for cutting conduit and Uni-Strut.
