Unfortunately, it has the ergonomics of the brick it's built like. For small holes, it is fine, but I have a Milwaukee 0233-20 for the small stuff. This was supposed to be for BIG holes. It just jumps out of my grip when I am drilling very large holes in tought material. It wasn't just me because when my brother-in-law and his buddy came over so I could drill a large hole is steel we couldn't do it with this drill. Mind you the drill wan't having the problem, we were. I have the same problem with large holes in hardwood as well.It's to bad because this thing is built really tough.
