Don't need to use the riser bar b/c of dimensions of fireplace opening. Looks great. Didn't need extra hardware. Helps w/ draftiness in frontroom. Door on one is a little off by 1/16-1/8" but was adjusted easily. Only thing that I was a little disappointed with was that it is listed as a fine mesh screen, but it doesn't appear to be as fine a mesh as the one's I've seen that pull closed like a curtain. I went to target near me to buy a nice 5-piece tool set and belows (It's actually pretty nice/sturdy). I would suggest this, and am satisfied with it overall. As for the dimensions listed on Amazon for the small and medium sizes of fireplace doors, they are not accurate.
